The recruitment cost ranges from 150% to 200% of the candidate’s gross monthly salary, depending on the specifics of the position. We charge an initial fee of PLN 1,500 (net), with the remaining amount payable only after the candidate signs an employment contract or letter of intent.

How is the recruitment process structured?

The recruitment process consists of several stages:

  • Sourcing candidates via direct search and job postings
  • Initial phone call with a recruiter
  • Job-specific assessments, such as tax, accounting, controlling, or Excel tests
  • Online interview, including a technical conversation with one of our in-house experts
  • English language verification (if required)
  • Final shortlist with 3 to 5 recommended candidates

How do we ensure candidates have the right expertise?

We assess candidates’ expertise using tailored tests aligned with the role, followed by a technical interview conducted by our domain experts.

Are language skills also verified during the recruitment process?

English language skills can be assessed at different proficiency levels, based on the client’s specific needs.

What is the typical duration of the recruitment process?

We typically provide 3 to 5 recommended candidates within 2 to 4 weeks.
However, the timeline may vary depending on the position’s nature and the specific expectations set for the recruitment process.

How does the 3-month recruitment guarantee work?

If the cooperation with a recommended candidate ends during the guarantee period, through no fault of the client, we will provide 3 to 5 new candidate recommendations at no additional cost.
