Our accounting work is primarily based on Enova365, SaldeoSmart, Microsoft Power BI, and Google Workspace. We provide our clients with broad and tailored access to these tools, ensuring they match their needs. We’re also open to adopting new solutions when required.

Can you work in our current system, or do we need to switch to yours?

We work with clients who choose our recommended systems as well as those who prefer to continue using their current solutions.We remain open and flexible, always seeking the tools that best meet the client’s current business needs.

How do you keep our data safe and secure?

We use multi-layered security measures: data is encrypted and stored in the cloud, we apply two-factor authentication and password managers. We maintain strict access control policies and regularly update our software. In our daily work, we stay alert to cybersecurity threats – from scams to phishing attempts – and act with caution and awareness.

Do your services include assistance with tax optimization strategies?

Yes, we cooperate with licensed tax advisory firms as well as individual specialists with industry-specific expertise.

What are the formal steps to start working together?

We work together to define your needs and the best ways to address them.
We estimate the time and monthly cost required, set the terms of cooperation, and formalize the agreement. If expectations are not met, we offer a short, one-month notice period. We aim to be as flexible as possible.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes, we work with companies headquartered in Poland as well as foreign businesses entering the Polish market. We handle international settlements and cross-border transactions, and we primarily operate in English. We also cooperate with foreign companies in the areas of financial controlling, Power BI implementations, interim CFO assistance.
