The genesis of creating finker was the observation regarding the cooperation of medium-sized enterprises with accounting offices. Finker was established in the year of 2015, focusing on supporting enterprises at various stages of development in building their financial function. 

The main idea of the actions that we are taking is to tailor the offer to your needs in terms of personal engagement and the scope of services at the right time for you.

At the same time, we are constantly analyzing solutions available on the market that are helpful in building an optimal financial ecosystem.

Using these three parameters, we can provide a whole spectrum of services. Starting with support in the recruitment process of the financial team members to providing full accounting, HR and payroll, and controlling services as well as performing the function of financial director.

Paweł started his professional career in the audit of financial institutions at PwC. Then he was transferred to the transaction department and was involved in financial due diligence for 4 years. In the following years, he held the position of financial director, board member, and board advisor. Since the year of 2015, he has been developing the concept of outsourcing the competence of financial departments for small and medium enterprises. He is a member of several supervisory boards of public companies.

He prepares the annual budget, forecasts, and analyzes implementation and deviations. Using apps such as Power BI, he creates automated reports tailored to the needs of the client.

We are working on creating a network of several accounting offices cooperating with each other, which, thanks to different specialization (provision of services for micro, small, medium, large entities), will complement each other. Cooperation in a group will allow the sharing of experiences and increase the flexibility of each office. Thanks to cooperation within one larger group, we will reduce the risk of not being able to accept new clients, which can occur when working individually.
