It may also be processed under Article 6(1)(b), to perform a contract between the user and the Administrator, if such a contract is concluded via the website. Consent to process personal data can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The Administrator does not disclose or transfer data to a third country or international organization. Data will be processed solely for the described purposes and for the necessary duration, up to a maximum of six (6) months. The data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the specified purpose.
- Through contact forms available on our website or to perform a contract, the Administrator may collect the following personal data from the user: first name, last name, address, email address, phone number, login, password, and IP address. The Administrator may share such data with other companies within its capital group, individuals cooperating with the Administrator regarding data processing, and IT service providers.
